McDonald's is bringing back The Hamburglar, with a whole new look. He still sports the classic black and white stripes but everything else is well…different.
The new Hamburgler is a young hipster looking guy with a scruffy beard, red high tops, loose fitting tie and a black duster jacket. According to the commercial, he now lives in the suburbs with a family and spends his free time getting to McDonald's before their burger deals expire. He's dangerous.
The remake is much like the new Wendy's girl you see in their commercials. No word yet if McDonald's plans to bring back anymore classic characters like Grimmace or Mayor McCheese.
