The RC Club of Varna, Illinois and “The Butcher Shop” presents “Slaughter On The Prairie” haunted house inside the old Buick dealership. Be prepared…to turn back around. If though shall not pass for fear, firetruck is the answer. Warning: Extremely dark areas ahead! Keep your hands in front of you! This free haunted house is open this Friday and Saturday at dusk. Donations accepted. 100% of the proceeds go to the Varna Fire Department. Non-scary time is from 5:30p-6p each night. The haunted house is donation based, but don’t let that fool you. They put on a great show. Other events include craft show on Saturday from 2-6, an outside air soft zombie shoot course, concessions and hayrack rides.
