Leslie Jones, who is in the hit movie, Ghostbusters, is a huge fan of the Olympics, which just about anyone can tell by her twitter page.
Yep I love the Olympics it's the only time all countries come together to compete! I love it!! pic.twitter.com/YQue72tQ5c

She’s been live tweeting the event adding her commentary to the recordings of the television broadcast of the events she’s watching (wait a second… didn’t I just get a warning email that you BREATHE the word “Olympics” wrong and you’re going to get sued*? How is this okay?) and apparently, the official people over at NBC have taken notice!
*It’s okay. I’m just reporting on events and not trying to sell you something, so I’m allowed to use the word… I think. I dunno, it confuses me…
@shoemakermike OK @Lesdoggg you're officially invited to Rio. Want to come?

If you didn’t know, Jim Bell is the executive producer for the Rio Olympics, so this is a pretty legit tweet. How exciting is that? I’d be like “SIGN ME UP” and would be on the next flight to Rio before you could say “Michael Phelps.”
So is she going to go?
So the question is….should I go? Hmmm

No official word yet. I think we can all agree that she, at least, deserves an honorary gold medal in the Tweeting division.
