It’s important to teach your kid to call 911 when bad things happen, but we’ve all heard the stories of kids not understanding WHAT counts as an emergency.

This kid plays by the RULES, though… at least when it comes to the rules of the road. His dad ran a red light and as soon as he got home, he called the police to tell on him.
