Granger Smith and his alter ego, Earl Dibbles Jr., were just here in Peoria at the Limelight Eventplex, but we didn’t have a show quite like the one from over this weekend! Granger was in the middle of singing when it appears that he slips on something on stage and falls quickly off stage. The band keeps going, and in no time, he pops back on stage. If you were to just watch this video, you’d think he was okay, maybe some minor bruises… but…

After the show, he went to the hospital and after a few xrays, it was discovered that he had a couple broken ribs and a punctured, partially collapsed LUNG!! That’s pretty insane that he popped back up on stage and finished the show. He must have been in pain. Talk about dedicated to your craft!! Well done, sir!
