Hope to see you this Thursday at the 10th Annual Pekin Night Out Against Crime! It will be held from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the Avantis Dome (3401 Griffin Avenue in Pekin). Put on by the Pekin Police Department, this event will focus on safety and security in the community, emphasize drug and alcohol prevention, heighten crime awareness, educate citizens about public health and safety services available, and promote a partnership between the Pekin community and police department.

Bring the whole family out for an evening of free food, prizes, music, and lots of activities for the kids like inflatable bouncers, face painting, and balloon art! Plus, there were be various emergency vehicles on display like police cars, motorcycles, and fire trucks. And that's not all!! Because Halloween is right around the corner, all kids are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes! Let's make this the largest Night Out Against Crime yet! Hope to see you there this Thursday night!
