Miranda Lambert is a genius! On Black Friday (or as she calls it, Pink Friday) Miranda Lambert opened her very first store in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, where she and husband Blake Shelton live when they're not out touring the country and being amazing country stars. I just think this is the coolest idea, because it's going to really build up the amount of people that come through the town, if for no other reason than to shop at a store owned by Miranda Lambert (and maybe to try to sneak a sighting of her). I know I would totally make a pit stop if I were driving through to shop there! (Okay, I would also probably be trying to figure out where Blake's house is...but still). Miranda told the local news that the name of the store, Pink Pistol, was inspired by her all-female band Pistol Annies. What's awesome is that the store sells tons of different items from antiques, to boots, to jewelry, and I have a feeling maybe even some decorations made by Miranda Lambert and Blake's mother Dorothy (she makes cool crosses and things to hang on the wall).
