I do love Halloween! It's always fun to see people (not just the kids) get all dressed up and enjoy themselves throughout the day and night. I even followed a blazer full of zombies down University in Peoria yesterday for several blocks. They were maintaining remarkably well. But I have to give kudos to this guy.....A New York man donned a shark costume yesterday and swam around in Hurricane Sandy's flood waters (enter the Jaws theme here). His fin scared several people before they realized he was pranking them. Too soon for New Yorkers after the mayhem of Frankenstorm? Well....hey Halloween lands where it lands and I think this guy was just making the most of the situation. He was even caught on video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f77bJJ_o_M0
