Bad Joke Shuts Airport Down For Hours
9:59AM Tuesday
October 16, 2012

It happened last Saturday night when a NACC Hockey referee made a comment to a gate agent.

Peter Friesema was traveling from Anchorage Alaska when the gate agent put his luggage sticker on his compainions bag. Peter brought the mistake to the agents attention who told him that is didn't really matter since both bags were going to the same destination.

That's when Peter made the big mistake. He said something like, but what if my friends bag has a bomb in it?

Thats when the panic alarm was hit and all hell broke lose.

The airport was evacuated until 3am and Friesema was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He could also be charged with making terroist threats and more from the FBI.

If you've seen Meet The Parents, you know you can't say 'bomb" in an airport.
