This morning I woke up to the sound of city work equipment. I had recieved a notice early last week that some sewer work repair was scheduled for the area I live in and that I should 'expect the normal inconveniences that go along with such procedures'. I found out that two neighbors were going to have the sewer pipe in the back yard dug up but I was told it didn't look like anything was being done in my yard. That being said, apparently my place made for the perfect pathway for all the work being done to the neighbors yards. I look outside this morning and watch as workers go up my driveway with ladders and other goodies and a backhoe twists around the yard and they cut down branches. I went to let my dog out and I heard "explicative this" and "explicative that".....lol apparently everyone was having a Monday.

My dog likes to think nothing exists outside her little world so I am sure I will have several presents waiting for me when I get home as her sheltered little world has been disrupted. Some Mondays are longer than others.....
